When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing information, and phone number where required. We also receive your order details and payment status. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message. Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and interactions with the shop.
How we use information
We use this information to process payments, fulfil and track orders, provide customer support, handle cancellations and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain business records and improve our website.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment providers available at checkout, currently Shopify Payments. We do not receive your full card number or security code. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, card type and the last digits of your card.
Cookies and analytics
This shop runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and checkout working and to give us basic statistics about visits and orders. We do not currently use other analytics tools on this website. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking cookies may affect website features and may not prevent every form of technical data collection.
Service providers
We share information as needed with Shopify to operate the shop and process payments, Dianxiaomi (our order-processing software) to prepare shipments, shipping providers and customs authorities to deliver orders, Cloudflare to provide website infrastructure, Kit for email subscriptions, Resend for email delivery, and 17TRACK to report delivery status from your tracking number. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect against fraud. We do not sell your personal information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing.
International processing
Our service providers may store or process your information outside your country, including in the United States. Information processed outside your country may be subject to local laws.
Email communications
Placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We use your contact information for order updates and customer support. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we use your email to send the offers and updates you requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary communications about your orders.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, accounting and dispute handling requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and service provider. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
